Premises
Our facility includes a 1,154 m² workshop equipped with 400 amps of three-phase power, two 10-tonne overhead cranes with 6.6 metres under hook clearance, and fully reticulated dry compressed air. The laydown area spans over 1,500 m².
Welding Procedures & Processes
With over 22 years in fabrication and welding, we have developed an extensive library of qualified procedures covering international standards such as ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, and Australian standards including AS3992, AS4041, AS2885, and AS1554.
Our approved welding processes include FCAW, MMAW, GTAW, GMAW-STT, and combinations thereof. Many of our procedures are approved by ABS, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register.
Our Team
Our experienced team includes the two Directors, a SHEQ Coordinator, Estimator, Workshop Supervisor, Quality Control Officer, Expeditor/Materials Controller, Checker, administration staff, tradesmen, and apprentices — all contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Apprentices/Training
We are committed to investing in our community by actively encouraging and supporting young people entering the workforce. We work closely with apprentice training organisations to employ and mentor apprentices into the industry.
